How long does it take to set up Akita?

Akita provides value on day one, and most customers fully configure their Akita account in just days.

Do I need help from my IT team to get Akita configured?

You may require initial IT involvement to install our tracking code or interface with our API. However, once you have some customer data in Akita, you can get to work configuring your account through our intuitive admin interface.

Does Akita integrate with my current business software?

We provide a full suite of developer tools to enable your IT team to push your key data into Akita. We also integrate with Segment.com.

What if I exceed my monthly limits?

Don’t worry, your data will still flow in. We will reach out to you and discuss upgrade options!

Do you have a free trial?

No. We have worked hard to deliver a fully-featured Customer Success solution at an incredibly competitive price. Our monthly plan is a low-risk way of testing the platform, and you can cancel anytime.

Are there discounted plans available?

We offer a 20% discount for annual prepayments–more than two months free. If you have a large team, contact us, and we’ll put together a custom quote.

Do you charge a setup or cancellation fee?

Nope. No setup fees. No cancellation fees.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Akita is offered on a month-by-month basis, and you can cancel at any time. You may, however, choose our annual contract for simplified billing and a nice discount.

What type of support comes with an Akita subscription?

We offer help-desk and email support Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 9 PM GMT. Feature requests can be made in-app.
